MEON RIDING CLUB Application for Membership 2010

Becoming a member of Meon Riding Club gives you access to training, competitions, shows, talks, social events and the chance to represent the Club in various disciplines at Area events. In addition, some advantageous arrangements have been made with various suppliers both locally and nationally.

Prospective Members must be proposed and seconded by members of the Meon Riding Club, and must be over 17 years of age on the date of application. The initial subscription is £31-00 (including £3-00 joining fee), and subsequent annual subscriptions are £28-00 (or as fixed by the Committee) payable on the First day of April each year. A reduced subscription is available for two or more members residing at the same address, or for members who elect to receive Newsletters by e-mail (see below). Any subscription paid after 1st January in one year will be valid for the following membership year.
Applications must be approved by the Committee which meets in the first week of each month. No acknowledgement of your application will be received until the middle of the month following the meeting at which it is approved. .....................................If you have recently moved to the area, and do not know any members, please give a brief 'horsey CV' overleaf, and leave proposer/seconder blank.

The Secretary is the Club's represntative under the Act. By paying your annual subscription you are giving your consent for the Club to keep and use information about you.Membership records will be kept for at least five years, or at the discretion of the Committee.
